
Fluffy Banana Loaf
Ingredients
3 ripe bananas80g soft butter
100g brown sugar (substitute)
2 eggs
200g flour
3 teaspoons of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
optional: Tonka bean, cinnamon, nutmeg, chocolate, nuts
Instructions
Mash the bananas and mix with the eggs, butter, salt and baking powder. Then carefully fold in the flour. As already mentioned, it is very important not to use a hand mixer or similar.Now just put it in a dish and bake for 40-45 minutes at 180 degrees (top/bottom heat).
