Let's be honest, when it comes to rice, you always make too much and end up with at least one bowl left over that you don't know what to do with. This recipe only takes 5 minutes and tastes amazing!

Ingredients

200 g cooked rice
100 g vegetables (e.g. carrots or sugar snap peas)
3 eggs
30 ml soy sauce
10 ml sesame oil
1 small onion
1 clove of garlic
1 thumb-sized piece of grated ginger
Topping:
spring onions
Half an avocado

    Instructions

    Fry the onion, garlic and ginger in a pan. Then add the cooked rice, preferably from the day before, as the base for the dish. Then add the vegetables. Crack the eggs into a pan and stir until cooked. Then mix in the soy sauce and a dash of sesame oil for flavor. Finally, cut two spring onions into thin rings and fold them into the rice to round off the dish.
